We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in CO 80212Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI scheduled a showing with Sue during the pandemic but she no-showed and scheduled it during a time of an open house. It wasn't professional or appreciated based on the state of the world.

Russell was wanting to see one of our listings that had over 110 showings scheduled. We managed to find a time for him to see it before the open house started. My partner Mark was there to meet him and give him a private tour prior to the open house starting. When he pulled up there were a couple of parties that had arrived early and were waiting with masks on and socially distancing for the open house to begin. Mark was there to meet him, but unfortunately Russell never even got out of the car, but instead chose to leave. We are certainly sorry for any miscommunication that might have occurred on our part, but we were trying to get him into a home that was extremely sought after. It ended up getting 27 offers and going significantly above list. We hope that Russell has the best of luck finding a great investment property.
